Leaking Rear and Front Main Seal

I noticed some black spots in the driveway. Took the truck in and the both main seals are leaking. Truck only has 45K on it. This will be the third time it has been in for warranty work. Other times were for power steering. Now I am debating whether it is time to sell this beast. Has anyone else had any issues with main seals leaking. I have been running the Spartan 210 tune for about 40K miles with an occasional 275 tune.

i had a front seal leak at around 4k

I had bedplate seal leak at about 7500. Had the Brake Master Cylinder leak just after that. Now have a rear main seal leaking. Otherwise all is good ...
