Anyone running a stock exhaust with a delete kit?

Anyone running a stock exhaust with a delete kit (both deletes)? If so you see a big gain? Hows the sound? Is it true that the 6.4 has 2 cats?

What brand is your delete? Any info would be great, thanks!

I'm running a spartan tuned cat and dpf delete with the stock exhaust otherwise. Power gain on the 250 tune is insane, MPGs are up from 14 to 18-20 MPG for me, depending on driving style.

i have the dpf/doc delete w/stock tail pipe. running the spartan 250..... super power and mileage, went from 11-12 to 16-17 mpg avg . really dont care for the sound sounds like im driving a giant hoover vacuum cleaner around! i had an 03 w/6.0 that was running mbrp duals and that sounded awesome, thinking of going that route with this either mbrp or flo pro duals. not to hijack but anyone running or have a sound clip of a 6.4 with duals and no dpf/doc?

What max tune can you run from Spartan if you want to tow and still be safe?

i have the stock exhaust with the delete kit- gonna go with a full 4inch shortly. Spartan makes a 210HP tow tune that works well

i have the mbrp cool dual on my truck, sound doesnt change with the installation of the duals, still sounds like a jet which i dont mind, i can try to post some pics if you would like?

The hair dryer sound gets worse when you delete the muffler also.

kinda what i was afraid of , i have heard they sound a little better if you do a 4" downpipe and put in an aftermarket muffler ... mbrp ect. i guess the hoover on wheels sound is a small price to pay for all the power we get out of our trucks with just a tune, exhaust, and air filter!

anyone tried a glasspack on a 6.4?
Had a friend put glass packs on a 6.5 chevy and it actually sounded really good.
