H&S question?

I am getting the Mini Maxx as soon as they are released . I would like to know if I can use it just as a monitor without tuning anything? Don't get me wrong I will be adding a full DPF delete exhaust including downpipe, S&B intake, and cold side intercooler pipe. I would just like to drive the truck bone stock for a week or so and see what egt's, boost, rail pressure, intake temp, ect are. That way I can see what the difference is before and after.

Also I have seen the "boost tube" cold side intercooler pipe somewhere from H&S but I can't seem to find it on the website or online store. Where can I purchase one and how much is it?

2010 F-350 crewcab, platinum white, just a few options...
H&S Mini Maxx, AFE exhaust, S&B
Sold - bought back a week later

You can plug the tuner in and use it as a monitor without actually tuning the truck, yes.
