Volant Cool Air Intake question

Has anyone tried the Volant cool air intake? I want to do a few upgrades, mostly for mileage, and figured I'd start with an intake. I'm considering S&B, Volant, and Banks. Which is best and won't give me a CEL without a tuner?

I have it and like it alot. Feel it gets more cooler air, but the filter isn't cleanable. The power core or whatever. It is the big blue honey colmb looking one. Trying to find a replacement, might have to go with another.

You can not clean the powercore filter but you should not have to replace it very often either. Its pretty much the exact same filter as the stock one, for normal highway driving the filter can easily be used for 50,000+ miles. Until the filter minder gets sucked in no need to worry about replacing it.

I understand that, just don't like the idea of any filter that is good for 50,000. I live in dirt and will not wait until the minder tells me to change it. I sucked in once getting on the throttle hard.
