before injectors you might want to look into an upgraded HPFP

do a search, a lot of the mods needed to get to where you want. HPFP is high pressure fuel pump, similar to your CP3 on your duramax.

If your wanting to go big, I recommend getting Eric at Innovative Diesel Performance's tuning for that SCT. Contact them about sending your tuner in and getting the tuning package for it. With a fully built Suncoast, Eric's extreme race tune, an intake and exhaust, a CC/SB weighing over 8,000 lbs ran a 12.64 @ 105. If your wanting to make the motor more secure, I recommend doing head studs and gaskets, and a complete EGR delete from Elite Diesel or Dirty Diesel Customs. Once you do that upgrade you can go with bigger turbo's, the Elite HPFP and LPFS, and some bigger nozzles. Also check out Industrial Injection. They are getting in to the 6.4L scene. They already have turbo's available. They are working on a highly modified HPFP that will most likely out perform the competition by a long shot. Do some research on here. There is a lot of great information.
