from innovative sct to spartan

I have been running the sct for a while on my truck now and decided I wanted to give the spartan a shot. I had the extream street tunes on my sct and they did ok . I never went and did the full unlock from innovative just because I didnt want to spend the moeny and be without my programmer for 3-4 days. I also liked the display on the spartan much better.

I purchased the spartan used from a member and Am just waiting to get the unlock from them, I am told it takes a few days. Note to anyone that buys a used spartan try to get the serial number from the seller when you buy it and get on this faster then i did so you dont have to stare at it for a few days waiting for the unlock..



I have to say its nice to talk to someone at spartan they seem very friendly on the phones and always answer right away.

also has anyone went from sct to spartan and had any problems returning the truck to stock on the sct then going to spartans. I was told I might have to take it to the dealer to get it re flashed back to stock.

I had the SCT extrem tune and let me tell you when I switched from SCT Extreme to Spartan 275 WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Not only was it like literally twice as fast but the tranny stopped slipping due to torque converter lockup. (Im Guessing) But I also had to wait for the vin unlock code from mick and emotions. I know that the tuner was tuned all the way up to 310 so I'm hoping that I will have all the tunes as well. My new truck is in the shop right now with the cab off. :-((((( It will be ready tomorrow and I will be able o find out tomorrow if the vinreset will unlock all tunes or only 250.

still going crazy , its going to be day 3 i have been waiting for the unlock. seems a little long to wait for a unlock file. I hope it comes in tomorrow
