I'm ready to delete!!!!

Well iam finally ready to get the delete kit and i have know idea on what i am looking for. Any help you guys can give me would be a great help. i have an 08 6.4 automatic with 4.30 gears and haul cars with a 3 car carrier and can weigh up to 36k. I'm not looking to make a super truck. i just need something reliable and economical. I bought the truck new 7 months ago and have 86k on it. THe dpf is being replaced for the 2nd time within a month. THANKS in advance for any help!!!

If your willing to spend for it get the black maxx. Delete pipe does not have to have the sensors so the swap is cake, all tune updates are free, and the gauges are perfect. If U don't want to spend 1500 then go sct

There are quite a few options available to you. There are quite a few tuners on the market that are all great. The Spartan and H&S Black Maxx are definitely your top two tuners. Eric at Innovative Diesel has the best tuning out there for the SCT Touch Screen Xtreme, Livewire, and SF3. There is also the new H&S XRT tuner and also the Edge Race Evolution. You really just have to do some research on pricing and what you think will fit your needs the best. As for the delete pipes, you can either do a DPF only delete, a DPF/DOC delete, or a full downpipe back exhaust. Once again you have to look at pricing and see what fits your budget/needs. I have to agree with Jeff the options are endless. Sounds to me like the SCT Livewire with the preloaded tunes would be a great starting point for you. This allows you the grow later if you want with custom tunes for Innovative/Eric. I would suggest a SCT and one of our CAT/DPF pipes to start, no real need for much else. This is a very inexpensive way to start and nets nice power and mileage improvements. Let Aaron or I know if we can help, we have all the tuners in stock from Spartan,SCT(including preloaded with Innovative custom tuning) or H+S. Jeff, what features does the XRT have? Is it similar to the the other H&S products? Can you set lock-up speed? Does it tune the tranny?

It is just a basic hand held tuner. I believe the highest tune is 120 extra horsepower. You cannot set converter lock-up and it does not tune the transmission. The tuner is meant for those people just looking for a delete and a little extra get up and go. Nothing major.
