Spartan Tech

I currently have a 2010 6.4 with only 3k miles on it. I am becoming a huge fan of The Spartan Technology. Should I put more miles on the truck before I invest? I'm looking at the dpf/doc delete and tuner. I'm not trying to race the truck just looking for some better mpg and sound. Thanks for your help...

We have people that tune their truck with less than 10 miles on them. Everyone will tell you something different about how you should drive the truck, tuned or not, with low mileage versus 10,000 miles. I believe if you take care of it tuned or not it should last a long time. Tuned both of our trucks at about 4000 miles.....

I know of several customers that have purchased they're Spartan setups before they even had they're trucks and installed them the day they took delivery.

I put my Spartan tuner back on my truck the day I got my truck back with a new short block lol.

Note - The Spartan tuner did not cause the reason for the new short block. Figured I would add that in there....otherwise I wouldn't still be running it lol

I can think of many of our customers that were on the line of selling the trucks because of performance. After they added the Spartan tuner, can't get them out of the drivers seat. I have to agree, Spartan has saved my customers for Ford. I wouldn't be at all affraid to tune it right out of the box, it would be better for the engine not ever to go into regen. Regen has a nasty way of put fuel into the oil, that's not very good for a new engine being broken in!

David is a great guy! He still has the best thank you note I have ever seen..

"Shhhhh listen to that, Purrs like a Kitten, hear that, Grouls like a Lion, now You hear it, now You dont.
I got to thank You all for fixing my oil pedal. And getting that potato out of my tail pipe. And and removing that sand from the air filter.
The 210 tune runs great in tow/haul mode. Alot better then that EPA tune the came with it. I loaded that new tune (275) and i just got to tell ya, it is the cat's @$$. I'll stop by once I can get my foot off the oil pedal."

Come back soon David!
