Their hottest tune is 275HP last I heard. They can do custom tunes for aftermarket modifications. You get custom tunes through H&S.

I am pretty sure the 250HP tune is what they ship with, but they rate 250HP differently, there 250 will be equal to right dead smack in the middle of the Spartan 275 & 310 on the dyno sheet.

Bentley sent me an email last week of some new upcoming tunes. There is a new hot damn tune coming available and you will be able you set when you want your t/c to lockup through the transmission tuning. I don't know what hp the hot damn tune is though, he hasn't got back with me yet on that.

Mine has been stock for almost a month now, that's the only reason why I haven't tried it yet. It's suppose to have a good bit more smoke on bottom end and dynos 550hp all day long.

Thanks guys, I really like the H&S. At what hp level or boost level does the 6.4 need headstuds? And when is there a need to upgrade the turbos? TIA.

Any tune over 500 HP and your going to be pushing your luck on the factory head bolts. Once studded your not going to have any problems, as far as turbos go Elite has a set and Industrial has some available, the cab will be coming off my truck and I plan on picking up a set.

I assume that the cab has to come off for headstuds. Thats probably pretty expensive huh? Well thanks guys now I just need to find a truck. Plan on taking the cummins to the next level, need a new DD.

We charge $900 Labor plus parts to stud a 6.4, typically about $2500 out the door!
