Trans Relearn With Spartan

I was reading a post about the black max and didn't want to steal his thread so I just started a new one. Does the Spartan also require a trans relearning process? If so wha exactly do I need to do? Thanks

Here you go Robert!

1.) From a stop, accelerate the vehicle to 55-60 mph at approximately 1/4 throttle. DO THIS TWICE.
2.) From a stop, accelerate the vehicle to 65-70 mph at approximately 1/2 throttle. DO THIS TWICE.
3.) From a stop, accelerate the vehicle to 70 mph at approximately 3/4 throttle. DO THIS TWICE.
4.) From a 40 mph roll, press the accelerator to the floorboard quickly (forcing the truck to downshift) and accelerate to around 75 mph.
5.) From a stop, acclerate to 75 mph at wide open throttle (press the accelator to the floor immediately). DO THIS 2-3 TIMES.

Is that the same for a 6.0? Same transmission.

Sweet. Thanks. And I don't do anything to the dashdaq during this? And does it matter what tune I'm on because of course I'm running the 310 right now!

It wouldn't hurt the 6.0 tranny to do that after programming but the TCM that runs the 2008 and up trucks is much more complicated.

I thought this relearn process was for the trucks running the modded TCM. If you are running a non tcm tune do you still need to do this?
