How long should it take for a tune to be sent to you?

I was told one or two days when I bought one, now its coming up on two weeks and still nothing.

It can vary depending on the tuner. Most its a day or two. Have you contacted them?

IF you bought a spartan all your tunes should already be on your DD. If not, call whoever you bought the tunes from.

I've called three times and it seems like I'm getting the run around.

Its for the SCT.

The SCT should come with tunes. If you got custom tunes, who have you called to try to get this sped up?

It is a custom tune, I guess I just needed to talk to the right person.

It appears the problem has been solved.
