As soon as I installed it I turned it on to see if it turned off. It didnt so I upgraded the tune to the 250 from the 210 and its still doing it. Im not too worried about it since I personally know nothing is wrong with it but it gets anoying pushing that little button every time I turn the truck on.

The 250 for sure will pull the filter minder in running the stock filter and the 210 was close on my truck as well. I replaced it with the AFE pro7 drop in filter, reset the filter minder and it has barely pulled it in with the 250 now.

He is talking about the light still popping up with an aftermarket drop in filter.

I am guessing you reset the actual filter minder switch, not just cleared the message from the display right?

Push the button on the top of the filter minder. It will make a SPRING noise and the yellow will retreat back up into the black.

Interesting fact, the 2010 trucks I did not notice wiring from that inlet restriction sensor to anywhere, this concerns me as it's the main input to tell the driver that the air filter housing is plugged with snow.

Great another place ford is cutting corners. If they keep this up the 2011's are going to be like a kia
