Truck won't engage Drive after Spartan Update

Well my Suncoast hasn't been shifting well for quite some time now so Garrett at PSM has advised I go to the NON TCM tunes from Spartan... Here is what has happened, please help..

I did the whole strategy flash deal and went from the Spartan 250 TCM to the NON TCM tune... Here is what I did..

removed Spartan TCM, replaced Stock TCM. Reflashed to Stock tune... Updated my DD... Loaded the 250 Non TCM tune, and now the truck will NOT go into Drive. Reverse grabs HARD and engages, rolls but not far simply because I backed into a parking spot.

Put it into D, 3, 2, 1 nothing... Only reverse.

I need help guys, I haven't driven this truck properly for over 75 days.

Any advice would be VERY welcome...

Give Mick a call and if if he doesn't answer leave him a voicemail saying that it is urgent. He should call you back. He should be up still!

Just got back. Also posted on another forum about his problem. He needs to call me in the morning. Need his vin # and strategy code. With the tune that's loaded and after he loads his stock file.

doesnt limp mode have a forward gear too?

That sounds like limp mode, reverse slams in but doesn't really have any forward gears. Sometimes the trucks will move forward on flat ground but usually not. Sounds like it lost something in the tcm side of the program, man nothing seems to go right for this guy.

Update...Need input.

Put the truck back to stock and quickly tried to drive it. Reverse still there, no forward. Stock tune, stock TCM...

Could the TCM not be pushed in all the way or something as simple as that?

I would think if that was the case then it would not have even loaded the tune up.

It loaded up.. I opened the info and it said the 250 was loaded with Spartanengine1 and Spartantrans2 as the strategy..

He's up and running. Even has forward gears now!!!!!!!!!!! Looooooong story..... After he fills you guys in I'll add a little more..... With that being said think about what has to be done before installing the Spartan tcm.......
