Firm Shifting

I returned my truck completely back to stock today and it still has firm shifts like it's still tuned, any ideas why?

Maybe 30 miles. I'm thinking it has to relearn back to the factory settings.

either it has to relearn or it can default to another mode it has. i forgot what its called but it will shift firm. probably just need to learn.
