I have decided to sell my blackmax and get a spartan setup so I can go with a few more mods down the road. So my blackmaxx is fore sale. I will take 950.00 obo for it. I have the dash bezel for it. Im not selling my exhaust so you will have to buy your own. Send me a pm

Since the Black Maxx can be used on other makes I would post this over on the Cumminsforum too. All the guys are over there are HUGE H&S fans as I am to. Man if you're getting the Spartan I hope you plan on doing studs and egr block/wastegate. Nothing against Spartan at all it just seems that trucks are getting a little ill lately. I drive the $hit out of my truck in 20 degree weather and have not had one problem out of my Black Maxx. Good luck selling it.

I never puked in the first 25,000 miles I had the Spartan tuner. I daily drove the 275 tune from January until May of 2009. I then began testing the 310 for Matt in May and daily drove that for a few months. The first time I puked I hit 56 psi off boost on the interstate. I made 6 passes at the drag strip with the 310 tune and never puked once 5,000-6,000 miles into the puking issues. My heads came off at 67,800 miles (34,800 tuned miles) for an injector recall. According to my diesel tech, the head gaskets were not blown....so who knows

I'm ok if I blow the heads I'll just get gaskets and studs.

Not if its the newer version of the dashdaq and he returns his truck back to stock.

What other mods are you planning to do? We may already have a tune that can do what you want. Not trying to talk you out of it, but would definitely love to hear what your plans are so we can design tunes for others .
