Spartan Tune Changing Question

So tomorrow is my big day and I will be removing my DOC/DPF and going from my DPF Spartan Tune to the 210 DPF off tune. My question is do I have to go back to stock before going to the 210? I remember reading somewhere that with some tuners you need to go back to stock before going to to different tune but I think that was not about the Spartan. Just want to ask so I don't break my truck.

Also if there are any gotcha's anyone could recommend that would be great

Nope, just load the tune you want and your good to go.
