AFE STAGE II Throws Codes ?

Just put the AFE STAGE II in my 2008 F250 P/S. Runs great expect the check engine light popped on. Is this Normal ?

Yes AFE will throw a code without it being tuned....

Ok so i was driven around today and the check engine light turned off and hasnt come back on ? Is this normal ? Anyone with an AFE Had this happen ?
