How long to get new strategy update

I sent all my info in to spartan for the new software for my DashDaq a out week ago. How long is it taking to get an email back with software and instructions on what to do.

Mick just got back in town Sunday, so things have been slow there with the holidays and him being gone since before Christmas. Resend what you sent to techsupport@spartandieseltech.com

We are trying to send everything out in the same order as they were received. I currently have over 100 request and I'm going as fast as I can. Strategy flash update is not a priority!!!! We will continue to help people that are having problems before sending out any strategy flash updates. Just give us some time and we'll get you along with everyone else fixed up.......

Its been a lil over a week for me as well but you got to understand they're pretty much the omega tuners of the 6.4, so they got 50 million things going on at once... Until then ill be checking my inbox 80 times a day haha
