I recommend Spartan, S&B, and the AFE downpipe back exhaust. All of this can be found at Cobb's Diesel Performance.

Yes, you can easily go back to the stock settings with whichever tuner you choose. I would recommend either the Spartan or SCT Livewire. We have both in stock along with S&B intakes and any style exhaust system you would like. Check out DPF Delete Kits for Ford Powerstroke 6.4 & GM Duramax LMM. Let us know if we can help in any way!

what has to be done when you put the dpf delete kit? does this void any type of factory warranty? will the car give me any engine codes when you do that so its not cleaning the exhaust filter? kinda lost of what to do with the dpf...

When you remove the DPF, you run a tuner (Spartan, H&S, SCT), DPF delete exhaust, and if you choose, a cold air intake. The tuner will allow for the removal of the DPF without any codes. If you did this, you would need to put everything back to stock before going to the dealership. MOST dealerships are not modification friendly, so they would void your warranty for removing the DPF and tuning the truck. Most dealerships don't like cold air intakes either. You can get around the whole warranty issue....it just takes a little work on your part. The fuel mileage and power are worth it in my opinion though.

Visual inspection, no. Depending on the actual emissions testing, it might pass with a stock power level tune with the DPF off.

That would be everything you need right there. Spartan tuner with DPF/CAT Delete pipe, you would not need to do anything else.
