You can get a low 13 second/high 12 second truck with just a tune, intake, and exhaust. You can have a 550+/1100+ foot lbs/tq truck with just a tuner, intake, and exhaust. Spartan provides top notch transmission tuning, which is something that is not available to Cummins owners. The 6.4 is very nitrous friendly up to about a 125-150 horse shot, as long as its not something your doing every weekend at the track. The transmissions in these trucks are very stout!! There is much more. I will allow others to chime in though

they ride great, interiors are very nice and some higher models come with dual climate control and nav. these trucks can pull a house. that's my 2 cents but there's a ton more.

Hope this helps! wait for the 6.7 2011 I like my 2009 f250 but its moded to the hilt and I dont blame ford for any problems that it has but my 08 f350 was a POS. It was always in the shop and it just would not hold up to hauling heavy loads. One of my buddys has a 08 450 an he is trying to lemon law it cause its a POS too. I think they are just not built to take HEAVY loads. And when I say heavy I dont mean little piss ant 10k loads.

Here is why you should buy a 6.4...this is with just the Spartan 310 tune, AFE filter, and 5" exhaust:

YouTube - 582 HP & 1326 ft-lbs. of torque on a Spartan 310 tuned 6.4L Powerstroke (fuel only)

YouTube - 6.4L Powerstroke with Spartan 310 (first pull on the dyno)

YouTube - Spartan 310 smokin 6.4L F250 burnout

Hope that helps! There were a lot of Dodge guys at the PFI dyno day(when I was the first one on the rollers and put down 582HP and 1326TQ with just a tune) that said they wanted to trade their Cummins for the 6.4. Beautiful trucks too.

You will be cool and all of the kids on the playground will like you. Jokes aside, if you want one, go buy one, if not, stick with your other truck. There are thousands of post on this forum as to why or why not you would want one. Make your own choice. I love mine and it's a great truck. Check out the Interior, Exterior, and Electronics links on this site and see what everyone's doing. The problems links are good too although for the amount of ownership, I think the problem post are pretty low. Enjoy you research.
