all the sensors are metric I believe. I cannot remember which sensor takes what but I do remember when I made my delete that I had to buy 12mm nuts and 14mm bolts.
If it is 12mm be carefull because I had to choose between 3 different thread pitches

you may be able to thread or cross thread a 1/4npt in to th e bung but I'm certain its straight thread and more than likely metric. i will pull mine out later tonight and mic it.

M14 x 1 is the size and thread.

Wow. give me a drool cup, put me on the short bus and let me lick the windows.

it is the same as a spark plug. 4 threads in 5mm = 1.25mm per thread

M14 x 1.25

i dont know what i was thinking when i wrote 1mm pitch

My pipe (Powerstroker67's brand) already came with a fitting in the pipe just because of such problems. He used a 1/4" NPT barb in his pipes, and you leave the OEM one on the DPF.

I have the same delete as Eli and it came with a barb as well. Now for my question. What does the pressure sensor monitor? What is it's purpose? I hate to be the little kid in the back seat always asking questions but, I've wondered about this since I did my delete. Thanks, Larry

Originally it monitored backpressure to see if the DPF is clogged. Now, it isn't needed to monitor anything, but the computer will freak out if the sensor isn't present. That's why you can tie it up out of the way without a problem, as long as it's still connected.

I ended up just zip tying it out of the way and put a bolt in the pressure sensor bung. It runs fine and no CEL's I wish I would have done that with mine I bought a new one from the dealer.
