life expectancy

With the amount of horsepower that the 6.4 puts out when a good tune and DPF delete is installed like Spartan or RCD, how much quicker do you think the drivetrain will wear out? This is of course assuming that your not dragging on a daily basis.

There are people that have been tuned for over 50,000 miles with no problems. I think a few people have over 100,000 miles on their trucks and a good bit of that is tuned miles...

^^Like he said.

However, a few of the guys that are floggin their trucks regularly are havin some issues.

And a guy I know tried launchin a sled at 30+ pounds of boost and smoked the front AND rear driveline with the 310 tune.

But, the guys like 08 that're takin care of their trucks and not doin stupid stuff aren't gonna have any issues.

RCD told me there would be no reduction in life expectancy provided I did not go bigger than their 485 and drive like a normal person...I am sure that it will come down to the driver and maintenance before it comes down to the tuning.
