Code P1335 W/210 & Spartan TCM

Been running the 310 tune TCM tune, swapped back to the 210TCM to pull the 5th wheel tomorrow and got code P1335 EGR Sensor Min/Max Stop performance. Does this mean the EGR valve is stuck since its been disabled on the 310 tune? Can I still tow with the 210 like this? Can go to the 275 Spartan TCM tune if I have to, the transmission got too hot the last time I pulled with it on 8% grades (it was 275 with the factory TCM)

Yes, that has to do with the EGR valve. I would get the situation taken care of at the dealer. It could become a pretty big annoyance. Could also be a sensor, and not just the EGR valve. I would be afraid if the the sensor was left alone for too long it might cause the truck to go into limp mode. The reason that it didn't show up on the 310 tune is because I believe the 310 tune is designed for people wanting to get rid of their EGR completely with no codes. The 275 will probably throw that code as well....

The EGR is supposed to be shut off in the 210 and up tunes if I am not mistaken but the valve will still cycle at idle no matter what tune you have unless you have had tuning written specifically for EGR Block-off or Delete.

The 275 does have the EGR disabled, but it is not setup to do an EGR delete

If you don't ever hear it cycle then the valve is stuck closed....You can monitor it under the Generic OBDII parameters list. Its EGR Valve Percentage or something like that....

So yall are still hearing the EGR cycle with the 310 and 275V4?
I loaded the 275TCM tune to pull the 5th wheel through the mountains and it ran great, the code never came back after I cleared it. I guess when I take it in for the next service I will run the 210 until the code comes back and get them to fix it.

It doesn't make sense that you would get the code with the 210 and not the 275....My only thought there is that Matt has EGR codes disabled on both the v4 and the 310.
