Trouble getting new programer working

I just got the new preprogramed tuner from John at Cobbs. Installed the delete pipe yesterday morning and then pluged in the DD and followed the screens. When I to the tuning screen the DD asked for the SD card to be installed but it was already there. Do I have to wait for the DD to read my truck and then load tunes from the SD card or might there be a problem?
I've following the discussions on Spartan and decided to jump on the new tuner. Thaks.

We are aware of this issue, there was a bad batch of SD cards that went in some tuners. PM me your information and we will get you a replacement SD card ASAP! I apologize for the inconvenience!

Click on his username. A drop down list of options will show up. There should be an option to send a private message.

I had the same problem friday when my kit got here. If you don't want to wait for the new SD card to show up just download all the info/tunes from the SD card that came with the DD to your PC, then take a new SD card and format it on your DD and go transfer all the info from your pc to the new SD card. Once thats done go out to your truck and install the new SD card in the DD and let it do its thing. I wasn't sure if it would work or not but it worked like a champ.

Kodiak, thank you very much. Just did what you suggested and worked like a charm. You probably saved my marrage, I had the wife's car blocked and she didn't like it too much. Again thank you very much. I hope I get the chance to help someone like you guys did for me.

Everything is working fine so far. Took it out for a little spin in the neighborhood and I sure can tell a difference in the throttle response.
Thanks again to everyone who replied. A great bunch of people. I hope I can help someone sometime. Kardoc, John
