Should I unplug my Spartan TCM and start over.

I didn't get the learning process instructions when I received the TCM.Shifting is getting a few quirks. I have put alot of miles on it since I installed it, will it help to unplug the TCM reload the tunes and then do the learning process or is that the same as just reloading the tune and doing the learning process which i have already done.

You won't have to remove the TCM to make it re-learn. Just re-load the tune, and then find some deserted road or track that you can use for the re-learn process.
