taken the 310 tune to the track this thursday
just ordered the 310 for my truck today and i already recieved the tune, as soon as i get home from work this morning i will download it to my truck and i plan on takn it to my local eight mile track thurs.. last time i ran my truck was with the v3275 and the best i could get was a 8.55 at 78 mph but thats with a 8 inch lift with 37s... so guys let see who can predict what i will run thursday with the new 310, and i plan on taking the tailgate off this time, oh yea and i weigh in at almost 8450 with me in the truck, so guys lets see some predictions on my new times, im gonna start and say it will run a high 8.30 or a low 8.40, or do you guys think i can break 8.20s.. i dont have the tcm yet... i will post some pics and videos when i get back thursday nite also.. oh yea and i want to thank spartan for great customer service, i had the tune within 12 hours of emailing them

didnt get to make it thursday nite, my mbrp dual exhaust does not like the 310 tune at all, i keep blowing the exhaust apart on my truck and one time i actually blew it out of the hangers also, as soon as i find out how to keep the exhaust intact i will take it to the track, im hoping to take it next friday nite

That sucks about your exhaust man. Hope you get it fixed soon and can get out to the track!

YEA LAST TIME, I ACTUALLY BLEW THE YPIPE OFF COMPLETLY AND BOTH SIDES OF THE EXHAUST ALSO BLEW OUT OF THE HANGERS AND THEY WERE JUST LAYING ON MY AXLE LUCKY I WAS ONLY GOING ABOUT 25 MPH WHEN THAT HAPPEN. IM GONNA TRY SOME WIDE BAND CLAMPS AND IF THAT DONT WORK IM GOING TO A SINGLE 7 INCH BLACK MITER CUT STACK, IS ANYONE INTERESTED IN MY DUAUL EXAUST ITS A 4 INCH MBRP 409 SS DUAL EXHAUST WITH A FIVE INCH TIP OUT EACH SIDE, I WOULD LIKE TO MAKE ENOUGH MONEY OFF IT JUST TO BUY A STACK KIT, I PAYED 500 FOR THE EXHAUST ABOUT THREE MONTHS AGO, SOME ONE MAKE ME AN OFFER,
I DONT KNOW WHY THIS EXHAUST WILL NOT STAY INTACT WITH THE 310, BUT I WILL SAY THE 310 IS WAY FASTER THEN THE 275 IM GUESSING I WILL RUN AN 8.20, JUST HOPIN THE TRANNY WILL HOLD UP FOR A COUPLE OF PASSES THEN NEXT YEAR I WILL GET THE TCM FROM SPARTAN

yea i have a mig welder well i did until i ran over it last nite while pullin into the garage lol lol... but i didnt want to tack it or weld so that i could put it back to stock pretty quickly, im prolly just gonna go to a single stack kit.

if you tack it into 2 or 3 sections it can be removed pretty easy. i took my entire stock exhaust off in 1 piece
