what spartan tune?

hi guys and girls new to the forum and have a few questions. i just picked up a new 09' f350 cc long bed and just sold my 06' f350 dually which had silverline duals, k&n intake, and sct programmer loved the power but i know ther is more to be had with the 09'. i plan on doing a air intake, duals of some sort, dpf and cat elim. and a spartan programmer. i drive daily atleast 150 miles usally dont tow every now and then my bobcat i want the most power out of this setup without trashing s**t. i dont run extremly hard all the time just when i see a duramax but mostly average driving with some heavy foot moments and i dont see the track. so with that being said what is you thoughts on the tune size my thoughts are like i heard here "go big or go home" but i dont need to break anything either. please give me your honest opinion i am realy looking at the 275.

275 is a great daily driver and good for towing also, the 210 has safties for towing and is a great tow tune!

thanks for the reply from what i read the 275 sounds like its good all around and i dont tow enough to talk about so that should not be a factor. i would not mind trying the 310 but dont want to destroy the trans on a new truck.
how bad is the 310 on the trans with normal driving with the occasional blast from time to time all on road?
