Will it run with...

the 75 tune and EGR plates??

I dont care about check engine lights? I have to haul 24k tomorrow and dont want to do it with the 210.

I think your going to get EGR codes unless you have a 75 tune written special with the EGR tuned off.

the 210 defuels. I see no reason not to run it

Run the 210, the 75 will command EGR and close the throttle plate but there will be no EGR for the engine to breathe. There will be codes with the 210 as well but will not effect the driveability.

Yes, but the EGR valve still cycles at idle. Spartan can disable the codes for a small fee per tune. The tunes under 210 cannot be ran unless you get the EGR disabled just like on the 210 and higher tunes. I have tried this. I tried the 150 tune just to see if it would work. You lose power gradually. I was under 30 pounds of boost in about 5 minutes of driving.
