Tuner and DPF delete pipe

I know this topic has been discussed at length. I have a 2008 F250 SD and am giving serious thought to having a DPF/CAT delete pipe and tuner installed. I have over 25K on the truck and am not concerned with good quarter mile times. I would like to get better fuel economy and a bit more acceleration off the line. I'm also concerned about warranty ramifications. I'm looking for the collective best thoughts of this forum. Thanks

Is money really a factor? Meaning are you willing to spend 1500 bucks or just a couple hundred?

Exactly, Spartan is the best hands down. It is tried and true by thousands of people. Let us know if we can help!

Good to hear, Spartan or SCT is the way to go then, you can't beat custom tunes. I'll let our vendors take it from here, good luck

Since everyone has said what tuner to get, how about the rest of his questions on MPG and warranty? I only bring this up because I'm in the same boat and need(not want) to know a no s**t answer about the warranty and can a dealership tell if the truck has been tuned (tuning it back to stock of course).

EDIT: I did read on another thread that pretty much the dealership can 100% tell if the truck has been tuned and your screwed the second you tune it. Any truth to this? If so I might not(unfortunately) . These problems on the PSD seem to be very costly.
