Sct...Vehicle not supported???
Sold my 08 and bought a 2010. Went to tune the truck with a canned tune and it wouldnt let me. It let me reads all the hints and then said vehicle not supported.
 Any suggestions?

Did you set the other truck back to stock and all that before you sold it? Im guessing that you did, but just thought I would ask

Yes i put the truck back to stock and i also have all the latest revisions on the livewire.

I want to get a custom tune for it. I think i need the strategy,engine, and tranny numbers? When i power up the livewire it wont give me those numbers. I thought maybe i had to put a canned tune on to get the numbers. Am i wrong?

I hate calling sct. I always have to set on hold for at 20 minutes. I will give them a call tomorrow and see what happens.

Go to device info and make sure that the device says unlocked under Married Status. Also go to DTC data function and read strategy and see if you are able to get the strategy off that vehicle.
