EGT with spartan??

My dashdaq will read no higher then about 750 degrees under full throttle with the 275 tune..which seems really low to me. My bully dog PMT (which i use a my gauge) reads almost exactly the same from the probe that I have tapped into the right side exhaust manifold. do these number sound normal to you guys?? seems real low to me like im missing something here. anybody?

Make sure you are reading the EGRTA sensor- it will not be labeled as exhaust gas temperture. The exact reading is "Exhaust Gas Recirculation Temp A".

It is under the "Ford Specific" PID list. If you don't have it, take a look on our forums for instructions on updating the firmware and adding it or shoot tech@spartandieseltech.com an email and they can help you out.
