The biggest pain in the as$ for me was the fender well. Once that was out it was smooth sailing. Like Cobb's said, 30 mins or so...maybe 45. Make sure you have everything you need the night before, and do it early in the morning before you have to drive and the truck has been able to sit all night and get cool. Mine was scoarching hot!!

We have changed things up a lil' on the kits and they are now easier to install.

I just got my EGR delete plates today from Cobb's for my Job 3 08 and I installed them in about 45 min. They aren't that bad and Cobbs includes a torx socket in the kit to get the stud out of the top cooler flange which I thought was pretty cool. The only thing that slowed me down was not having a 12 point 8mm socket. I had all kinds of 6 point 8mm wrenches and sockets but no 12 point. I ended up borrowing a 12 point 8mm wrench off of my dad. Make sure you have everything you need and the install is pretty easy.
