6.4l injector nozzles

Elite Diesel is already playing with injector nozzles for the 6.4l. The aftermarket world is all over this truck already. They expect tuning to be coming along very soon.

Does anyone else have any info on aftermarket mods for this engine yet? I know of atleast two companies that are very close to a Cat Back Exhaust system, and working hard for a turbo back system.

What have you guys found on the internet?

Havent even looked, but thanks for the info.
I test drove a cab & chassis the other day, and being A C&S you could get a good look at the particulate filter, that being said a turbo back is going to be a neet trick!

I was told by a tech at the Ferd dealer that if the PFD is removed or messed with at all it WILL void the factory warrientee, Even tho there is a law saying that a dealer cant do that, Well they can because the goverment made them put that on. so you would be fighting the gov.

according to ford you are suppose to bring your truck in at 125 thousand miles or so to have the PFD scrub out by the dealer, and ford is saying they are the only ones authuozied to do this. nice trucks but they are getting to the point were you cant touch them or mod them and that sucks

I'm sure there will be ways around most of this. The aftermarket can't afford not to get something going when a new model comes out, thats how they make there livelihood. You watch, they will be all over this and any other '' untouchable '' vehicles that hit the market. Just my opinion, but they can't afford not to.

New 6.4

I was installing a new leveling kit in Shane and his paw in laws truck today. Logan and Shane were out back putting an exhasut on his 6.0. I heard the door fly open and in came Logan, "hey hey, come side out! Truck trailer on! See come it! Its new a 8.0!" Needless to say he was excited. We got our 450 King Ranch in finally. Came in on the transport about noon.

Sweet, I personally think they look awesome, lot of people saying they don't like the new front end on them, but I really like it. How did the installs go today.

Gord.
