FIRST TIME TO LET THE 275 ROLL!!!!

I've had the 275 tune in for month's now and have been really pleased with the towing and overall drivabilty and have never really let the truck roll on the top end. Last night I was playing with a few high speed passes to see how high the EGT's would get and realized how far the speedo goes past 160kms mark. I then got my portable GPS out and let the truck roll on a quiet strip of road and running out of a straight stretch the truck still pulling I seen 196 KPH.
Oviously this a stupid and unsafe practice to do on a high-way, but hearing about guy's running these truck at higher speed's I didn't beleive but now I know it's a 8K F350 6" 37" tire race truck WOW. I couldn't beleive and called my dealer this morning and he couldn't wait to tell all the guy's in the shop and say's we got go for another tour and I'll hold the GPS and you drive.
All I can say is SPARTAN!!!!!

Really though, congrats! Sounds like a fun ride.

you should probably keep your tire's speed ratings in mind before you re-attempt this....

Yes your probably right, but I have the truck for a year and a half and that's the first time to actually beat on the truck a bit. Not sure what the speed rating is for a 37" Toyo M/T, but at $540.00 each thay better not come apart with a couple of high speed run's.
