How loud is my truck going to be?

How loud is my truck going to be withthe Spartan 275, 5 inch delete pipe and 5 inch Magnaflow exhaust w/muffler? I don't mean just at WOT, but normal driving as well.

I have run Magnaflow stuff on my older PSD's and they were all relatively quiet, but they where not making nearly the power I should be making with the modded 6.4 I'm in California, so I need to try and pay low when possible.

I have the same setup you are looking at but I have the 4 inch delete pipe and 4" magnaflow exhaust but with no muffler. At cruise its still super quiet, and with the windows up you really dont hear anything. These trucks are super mellow on exhaust IMO.

Don't have the magnaflow, but do have similar set up. Like above posted, these trucks aren't very loud. Except for the hair dryer sound when you drive next to walls and other cars. You can hear that pretty good. But other than that.......not very loud at all IMO.

WOT is the only time your going to be loud, cruising isn't going to be loud, but it will be noticeably louder than stock. Your truck will sound a lot like a 6.0 at idle with that muffler on it. John Cobb has the same Magnaflow that you are getting and it's sounds great. Not as much hair dryer noise

Even at WOT, the exhaust isn't bad on the 6.4 With 2 turbo's, it's quite tame compared to a modded 7.3 or 6.0

Ditch the Magnaflow, it's a piece of crap.
If any muffler, get an MBRP or an AeroTurbine.

I really don't see how a muffler that is a straight through design, 5 inch in/out, with no baffling and constructed of stainless steel could be a piece of crap?

I have had Magnaflow systems on my past trucks and numerous customers cars, including a few 8 second 1/4 mile rides, and have never been displeased with there products.

I'm not saying there couldn't be better stuff out there. There always is, but I wouldn't call Magnaflow crap by a long shot. JMHO!
