I have 2008 ford f250 crew cab with spartan 275 tune and have stock 20 inch wheels and tires. i have a sled pull in a couple of days and was wondering if i should use 4lo or 4hi?? And do i leave it in drive?? Y do people leave it in 4lo 3rd instead of drive? ther are alot of duramaxes and cummins hardley any fords only 1 ford last year. Do i need to worrie about front wheel hop with stock tires?? And last what kind of tire preassure should i use. thanks any help would be great need ford to do well for once.:thumbsup:bang

From what I have seen the 08 and 09 are doing great in sled pulling. I am like you though I have heard both 4hi and 4lo, But from what i have read it seems that 4hi and leaving it in drive seems to work the best. I know there is some problems with wheel hop and i have heard straping the front end down helps alot. Good luck to ya and make sure to get some video and post it up for us to see. i sure wish they would do some sled pulls here in okc

Your going to get differing opinions on this, just try and choose a way that you think will be best for you and your truck the first time....and then go from there
