code help please

I have been getting 2 different codes since I got the new air dog II put on.
First one is P0232
Second one is P1103 which says unknown
I think I have the P0232 figured out. I was told that it was the pressure on the pump was a little to high and that I need to reduce it to keep a lower dead head pressure when the truck is not running and the pump is, which is the only time that the code shows up.
I have no clue what the P1103 is.

By the way the new pump was well worth it!

What psi do you have your Air Dog set at. I have the DF-165 and it set at 10 psi, just wondering if you had it higher and what kind of difference it made other than getting a code. Thanks!

Mine is still on the preset 10psi I haven't turned it down yet. I don't have a problem if I start the truck right after the glow plugs go off, but if the pump runs for a while with the motor not running it will not start because of the code.
My factory pump was starting to go out, now I have my millage and power back

That explains my issue then. I have been having an issue since the pump has been on my truck. If I tune the truck or let the truck sit awhile with the key turned over it wont crank. It wont do anything at all like I have the truck in gear trying to crank it. If you clear the clode will the truck start up?

That would be it!
I think it was Toby from PureFlow that told me that it is the deadhead presure that causes the code. He said to turn the pressure screw down a 1/4 of a turn and see if that fixes it, I just love the way it runs and dont want to mess with it.
My power and mileage is back, it is like a new truck again! I never thought that the factory pump is what was causing my major lack of power and mileage

I wonder if spartan can change the dead head pressure

Matt probably can, I would think he can most likely eliminate that code with tuning as well. I sent him an email about it yesterday as soon as I read this thread. Waiting on 3 new tunes currently, so maybe he can try and do it when he writes those tunes
