Spartan help

I need some help getting my tunes from spartan. I got my dash daq and 5 inch flo pro exhaust today and i was trying to get my tunes ordered but i cant login to spartan. I got to work tomorrow and I dont have cell signal at work and i was wanting to get everything on and running by this weekend. If anyone can help me i sure would appreciate it

Tell her that you want to be set up on the website and that you are needing to get the tunes you paid for through your vendor. She will need a VIN, strategy, and tuner serial number to get your tunes

You also need to provide a user name, password. Be sure to edit your profile and complete all the required information. After that's done, you need to go to tune request and select the tunes you wish to order, then submit at the bottom of the page. Last but not forgotten, make sure you fax in the waiver. Tunes will not be processed until it's all completed.......

What does it mean when it is asking for engine strategy and trans strategy?

It should say your strategy on the DashDAQ. Divide it in half, the first half is engine and the second half is trans.

Yes, plug it in, and pull the vehicle info
