what did they say was exactly wrong with it? clutch failure or something?

Please do. be willing to be a tuner only sped up the breakage, something was probably wrong to begin with.

I am so worried about my next transmission fluid change. I dont want to pull the pan off and see whats in there....

Well what to say about your post...granted nothing on their site big woop.

BTS builds them and ships them out. Only real difference between the 6.0's and the 6.4 trans is the TQ and a few needed internal updates that can be installed into earlyer units.

Anyone interested should just call and talk to them.

The reason ATS is having issues with there 6.4L Trannys is because they are selling people 6.0 trannys. Yes they are both 5R110's but there are some internal differences between the two, the 08-up 5R110 have a much heavier duty hydraulic system and clutch components.

UPDATE: Talked to the service manager today he said that it "should" be ready tomorrow. He said they have had only one other come on with a tranny problem and it was the exact same thing as mine something to do with the 3-4 solenoid and it burned up all the bands and clutches He also stated "that this is a weak link in the tranny". I will get better info. tomorrow when I pick it up
