Need to rebuild or get new trans...where to start?

Im fairly certain i f'ed up my trans today hot rodding around. Its lived for 40k miles with HD tune and my right foot. My only upgrade I havent done, that I intend on, it a 71mm atmo turbo. What direction should I go on the trans? Fix whats broken with better parts, or swap the whole thing for a fully built unit? From what vender? Ive not versed myself in what the 5R110 needs to survive.

I just went threw the same thing. I called ATS and talked to Patrick. I told him I have gone threw a few trans and it needs to stop. I have a mini maxx on full power all the time and I tow hard loads. He told me the stage 1 with the converter and pan is what I need. I ordered it and should have it in a week. Dealership is putting it in. 5 year 500k warranty I could not pass that up. Contacted all 5th other top places with no return calls and outrageous cost of shipping and trans.
