Tranny flush

Getting close to the time for a tranny flush. I assume use motocraft tranny filter? Also do you guys get this done at the dealership or just the 10 min lube? What is everyone's experience on Royal Purple transmission fluid?

Use Motorcraft lv fluid only with Motorcraft filter ft-180 for non job 1 trans.

Drain
Pull pan
Pull filter
Replace filter
Reuse gasket
Tighten up everything
Put 8 qtrs

Done.

You can do the hot flush but if you are replacing your tran fluid every 30,000 you will be fine.

Don't let quick lube places touch your truck. They will ruin it so fast it's not funny.
