Emergency, PLEASE HELP

hello all, i am in dire need of some advice. My trans went out in November. I order the 5r110W stage 3 rebuild kit with a billet convertor from PATC and had a local shop do the work. A friend and i pulled the trans and took it in to save a few bucks, we also reinstalled it after the rebuild. The shop (supposedly reputable), did the rebuild as well as flushed the radiator and cooler. upon completion, i took the truck back to the shop and the owner took it for a drive to check everything. He told me he was not impressed with my 3rd gear shift but that it would relearn and be fine. Its been 1000 miles and the trans went back out. I took it back out and back to the shop. The guys took it apart today and says the unit had no oil pressure, frying all the clutches and steels. He then told me to go ahead and order parts and that none of the labor and none of the parts would be covered by him! what?! My paperwork says 12 month, 12k mile warranty and he handwrote labor on assembly on the receipt. What do the knowledgeable folks on here think caused this failure so soon and any advice on what i should do is greatly appreciated. this is my only vehicle and is the vehicle i use to run my business.

Bump! Need some advice. Took trans to a different shop but I'm totally freaking here. Will they be able to test solenoids and pump. I can't afford to pay 3 times. Ordered all new clutches and steeles today, gonna need all new fluid plus labor. Just really wanna make sure this is right this time.
