Unhappy Sloppy transmission

On occasion, when the truck shifts from 2-3 or 3-4 there can be a jump in rpms before the next gear is locked in, and the transmission never feels "locked in" to a gear until I hit 5th, then it is locked up good and pulls great, any advice? Would love the truck but for the way it shifts. Fluid is clear. DPF/CAT delete with DPF-R+ tuner (70hp)

Get rid of that tuner, and get something that changes the transmission calibration as well.

I have KEM tunes in my truck. I'm very happy with the way it runs.

Only problem now is I can't keep my girlfriend from taking it every chance she gets.

At the very least you need to clear the transmission adaptive tables, it's likely learned something goofy, then re-evaluate the concern.

I ran an Edge for a little while and it shifted goofy after awhile.

How do you clear the transmission adaptive tables. I had an edge in my truck and got rid of it quickly for an SCT livewire but the damage was already done. Truck never shifted right for a year until the trans finally went last month. I gotta billet trans enroute but I'm worried about the new trans getting fried!

I am not sure with the SCT, but when you reload tunes with an H&S tuner it clears the adaptives.

Try reloading your calibration and seeing how the trans acts after that.
