Studdering Surging? Anyone have this?

Got an 08 with 88,000 miles, deleted, running Innovatives newest version of tunes. My truck seems to kind of studder and surge at different times if im not accelerating. No change in RPMS(it sounds like there should be a change in RPMS though), no hard shifting, TC locks up when it should nice and strong. If im just crusing with my foot on the pedal not really accelerating, my truck goes into a stage that feels like the surging spuddering bucking whatever its called when you smash on it with traction control ON before the tourque converter locks. It happens at random times at any(different most of the time) mph before the TC locks. I've noticed it the most around 25-35mph. It happens with my traction control on and off. Its not major but you can deffinetly feel it, then if you accelerate harder it goes away.

This may be the way the tune is, im not sure so its got me kind of scared. I've talked to innovative about it and they said my fuel filters needed changed because it had to be fuel related but i changed them and it went away for a few days and now its back. When i called them i was running the xtreme race, they told me to try a different tune which i did, the xtreme street, and its still doing the same thing. Before i changed the filters, the xtreme race was doing this way more then the xtreme street. I used to have innovatives old version of tunes and my truck never did this, I'm on my second tank of fuel with this new version and brand new fuel filters and oil.

What do you guys think? I havent had time to check my codes yet. Do you think my tranny is acting up?

I've put 4,000 miles on this truck since i got it back in June and had some troubles with this truck and don't wanna put any more money into it so i figured i would post up and see if anyone has heard of or had a problem like this.Like i said it might just be these new tunes, but id rather be safe than sorry an post up. Tranny shifts good, had 1 rev an slam the other day but its done that randomly before i got these tunes like everyone else. Nothing really out of the oridinary except the studdering surging.

My truck does the shuddering when i'm on the highway between 55mph and 75mph. Never did that stock. Been running eric's tunes for the last 30,000 miles. My tranny is shot now so im ordering a billet trans. This is the price we pay when we soup up 4 ton trucks and drive em like their Corvettes!!
