Tranny slipping

Tranny slipping truck is completely stock buy elite diesel rebuild kit or take to dealer(still under warrenty)? Help

If its under warranty then I would 100% take it in why would you pay out of your own pocket?

Might as well do it right the first time and not have to worry about it later when i tuned the truck

+1 for free tranny from warranty, then pull that and sell to someone else and buy their broken trans to use as core for your build

Sounds like u had your mind made up but I'd take the free one it may last longer then u think lots of tuned guys including myself with no problems I beat on my tranny pretty good

Even better if its not all the time, if you have someone willing to warranty it then take it before warranty expires or more problems arise.
