"lift to shift" with an auto. and wont start

i am having some wierd issues, probably electrical. i had moved my truck and parked it down the road a bit and everything was fine. then i went to go move it back and noticed that the ac didnt work?? i fiured it was a fuse or relay but they all looked fine (the only thing i didnt check was the diode). i didnt see any bad fuses that would be related to the problem so i thought maybe it all of a sudden needed to be charged, but then it wouldnt start!! so i ended up jumping it with a wire to the brown wire by the battery and it started just fire, then i went around the block and it wont shift unless you lift off the throttle also it seems to always have the fan engaged. all of this has to be related to some sort of electrical fuse or relay
