What the hell is wron w/ my tranny?!

Im somewhat of a novice when it comes to transmissions, so I was wondering if someone here can help me out. I have a 2008 F250 2wd w/ SCT programmer and Innovative's Extreme Street tune. When I drive the truck normally the transmission seems fine, but sometimes when I slow down and give it gas again it feels like it shifts down and gets stuck on a low gear and will stay in that gear until I either completely stop the truck or rev it hard. Also when I gun it WOT, the shifting is terrible! It feels as if it misses 2 and 3 gear and the truck kind of stops a bit until it shifts into place i guess? Is the tranny done for?

Mine does something similar to that...but its the shifting strategy that came with my Hot Damn tune (H&S). Right around 50mph it wants to be in 4th gear (runs around 1800 rpm) til I give it a little throttle and it drops into 5th. Right about then the Yay-hoo in front of me has slowed down again and I have to get off it...back to 4th it goes LOL
