Slow leak and i think i know why

I just recently purchased my truck. 08 KR SRW SB. When i purchased it i was told the torque converter had been changed 3k ago and that it came with a 12month 12k mile waranty. The leak is between the engine and transmission. Its definatly transmission fluid. It doesn't look anything like engine oil. A lot clearer and not nearly as viscus. Any ideas what could be causing the leak. Is there a seal between the two or a gasket that could have been improperly installed.

I had the same issue about a month ago, took it to Ford and they removed he transmission and replaced the torque converter. I guess a bolt came loose and did some damage. So I picked it up and not 200k later it started to leak like a faucet, the only thing it was a Sunday and I was leaving for work for 3 weeks so I didn't get it back in until today. It sure seems like a lot of people are having leaky transmissions lately.
