not sure if its normal or ****ed

when im in drive and im stopped holding the brake and than drive away just normal it feels like it shifts from second to first or maybe if something is locking up orso but its only when i come to a complete stop not sure if its normal or not. i have 58000 kms on it i only put 2000 kms on so not sure if it has been beat or if its normal

Does it happen immediately after you touch the gas? Mine does something similar. Feels like a lot of backlash on the ring and pinion or something similar. It's a little bump when pulling away from a stop sign.

I'm stock @ 49000kms and have owned it since new. It's done it for a long time and there is no weird wear showing so I don't try to fix what isn't broken.

I have 60,000 miles on my truck and it's done that for 59,999 of those miles. I've brought it up to the service manager during visits before and his reply is always
"My technician didn't notice anything"

I also have test driven about three other F-250s when I bought mine and notice that they all did that same thing during the test drive. So I would assume it is normal.

yea i guess we will just have to live with it i just dont want it to blow up when i put tunes on it and than my warranty wont work to get a new one

i think it has something to do with the traction controll system because mine doesnt do it when i turn the tcs off so maybe that is it

My 04 does this same thing. Even all the other psd's i test drove did it so i assume it is normal.

Same thing happened on my 6.0L when I had it I took it in three times and each time they said nothing was wrong. Finally my friend took off my driveshaft and re greased what I believe is called tge slip joint and it never clunked again
