No reverse, no forward!!!

I have a 2008 6.4L wreck I have been rebuilding and the truck has not been run in almost two years now. Engine and tranny was NOT taking out but did have cooler lines disconnected for a while. I cranked the truck yesterday with no problems but my problem is I have no forward or reverse but I do have flow from the pump. Any suggestions?

Assuming fluid is topped off. Have you run it long enough for the tranny to pump fluids back through itself, purging air....maybe???? Torque converter? Is it a 4x4? T-case not engaging correctly???

Just throwing some stuff out to maybe spark some thought.

It is a 2wd. I have checked fluid, it is fine. Let it get to operating temp and still nothing.
